Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detailed-focused Part-Time Cleaner. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment. You'll be responsible for keeping the depot clean, tidy and well-maintained. If you are passionate about cleaning, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Toilet Areas:
- Clean and sanitise toilets, urinals, sinks and all cubicles (men's, women's, and accessible).
- Refill and top up soap dispensers and toilet rolls.
- Clean mirrors, hand dryers, handles and push plates
Kitchen and Staff Room: Clean tables, chairs and surfaces to maintain overall tidiness. Empty bins and dispose of rubbish accordingly.
Floors and Surfaces: Brush, mop and wash floors throughout the depot.
Entrances and Corridors: Clean glass, doors and frames.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, including safe handling practices.
- COSSH training and knowledge is desirable.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills to report maintenance issues or stock shortages.
