Key Responsibilities
- Use of Counterbalance, Reach and Pivot Trucks to support warehouse operations (training will be provided).
- Operate warehouse systems and handheld scanners to accurately receive, locate, pick, and dispatch goods. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers get the right products, on time.
- Handle all goods with care and precision, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the process.
- Replenish stock and consolidate inventory to keep our warehouse organised and ready for demand.
- Support general warehouse tasks, including pallet wrapping, labelling, and preparing goods for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is used responsibly and kept in good working order.
- Complete essential paperwork and follow warehouse procedures, reporting any issues or defects promptly to help us continuously improve.
Requirements
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel between sites as required.
- Hold at least 1 current forklift licence of the above FLT Trucks used within our Warehouse operations is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills - You'll be working closely with others, so being able to share information clearly and collaborate effectively is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail - Accuracy matters in every part of the process, from picking and packing to paperwork.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment - You'll be on your feet and busy, so energy and adaptability are key.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills - You'll need to read instructions, complete documentation, and handle stock counts confidently.
- Self‑motivated and proactive - Whether working independently or as part of a team, you'll take initiative and get the job done.
