Driver Trainer (LGV) Cullompton Gregory Distribution Ltd (GDL), is seeking a dedicated Training Business Partner to join our Cullompton depot. This role is essential in ensuring that our drivers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain high safety standards, comply with industry regulations, and meet company objectives. You will work closely with management across multiple sites to implement effective training programs that drive change, enhance safety, and ensure operational excellence. The position involves: Collaborate with management teams across designated sites to identify training needs, establish annual training plans, and ensure alignment with business goals. Champion safety initiatives and drive change in collaboration with site management. Provide comprehensive driver training, including the mandatory Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training.
