About the Role

  • Collection of milk from farms in the local area.
  • Ensuring that the deliveries and collections are made on time and in accordance with our client's requirements.
  • Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers' expectations.
  • Due to the nature of the locations of our customers there will be a high degree of rural driving.
  • Attending regular training sessions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have a UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence.
  • Hold a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
  • Experience of Fridge trailers is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Working to deadlines.
  • Confident, polite and a team player.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
