We are a well-established South West-based Heating, Electrical and Renewable Energy company with over 40 years’ experience and a team of 100+ employees. Due to continued growth working with National House Builders across Bristol and the South West, we are looking to recruit an experienced Plumber to join our New Build Customer Care team. This role is ideal for a plumber who takes pride in their work and enjoys problem-solving, as you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing and heating remedial works within the warranty period of new-build properties. You will represent the company in customers’ homes, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- General plumbing and heating works on new-build properties
- Diagnosing and resolving warranty-related issues
- Liaising with customers to explain works clearly and professionally
- Working closely with the Customer Care and technical teams
Qualifications
- Qualified plumber with strong general plumbing experience
- Gas qualifications preferred (but not essential)
- Previous experience in new build, remedial, or customer care work advantageous
- Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach
