Overview

About the role: Join us as a Transport Supervisor and you\’ll be a key part of the Greggs team, ensuring that our tasty products are delivered to our shops on time for our loyal customers. You will oversee all aspects of the distribution of our products and effectively execute the transport plan, including scheduling routes and drivers, vehicle availability, and meeting cost and customer KPIs. You will lead a great Transport team, ensure Driver training is up-to-date and that health, safety and food hygiene standards are followed. You will support the Transport Manager by driving departmental improvements and developing proactive transport approaches.

We’ll provide you with the best training including annual CPC, Tachograph, DVWA, Slow Manoeuvre and The Highway Code. Greggs will also pay for the ongoing costs of your Driver CPC, medicals and Tachograph card renewals.
