Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our team and ensure every customer leaves happier than when they arrived. You will oversee shop operations in the Manager’s absence, motivate colleagues and keep service fast, friendly and accurate across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.
You’ll inspire the team with a hands-on leadership style, manage shifts, maintain shop standards, and support scheduling, stock, and health and safety.
