About the role
This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) working 5 out of 7 days with rotating shifts between the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm including bank holidays and approximately 1 in 4 weekends. We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role. The base location for this role is Innovate House, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EW.
What you'll do
As a Shop Maintenance Resource Planner you’ll:
- Use our mobile workforce management system, Aeromark, to plan Engineer’s workloads effectively for both reactive and planned maintenance activities
- Ensure that all calls are planned, logged and processed in line with agreed service level agreements
- Ensure that jobs are escalated in line with agreed procedures
- Liaise with 3rd party contractors, Engineers and in house customers
- Forward and chase jobs to contractors through to completion
- Liaise with our retail teams to ensure they receive a great service in line with our agreed service level agreements
- Place orders through SAP ordering system
- Raise and receipt purchase orders in line with current accounts system
- Carry out essential admin tasks in line with business needs
