Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and ensure customers receive a brilliant in-store and online experience. You’ll manage the shop in the Manager’s absence, motivate staff, and maintain high standards across all channels including in-store, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive thru.
You’ll inspire the team with a customer-first approach, lead by example, and ensure the shop runs smoothly with well-stocked displays and clean, welcoming environments during busy shifts.
