You’ll motivate colleagues, ensure stock, cleanliness, and presentation, and model fast, friendly service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.
As a shift leader you’ll inspire the team, manage shifts, prepare products, and keep displays well stocked while maintaining high standards of safety and customer care.
