About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the South East team at Greggs as a Retail Operations Manager covering the East Anglia territory. Reporting to the Head of Retail, the successful candidate will own the delivery and operation of a diverse retail portfolio of shops throughout East Anglia. You will lead teams across 100+ shops in high street, travel hubs and out of town locations and be responsible for delivering an aggressive new shop and refit programme across your territory. You will be an experienced multi-site retail operator with a proven track record in leading and developing a large team of Area Managers and working cross-functionally across wider retail.
