We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Treforest team at Greggs as a Site Services Manager. In this role you can help to shape an exciting and dynamic supply site.

About the role
Management Grade A. This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered. We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role. The location for this role is the Treforest Manufacturing and Distribution Centre, near Pontypridd.
What you'll do:
- Lead a highly skilled teams to deliver business objectives
- Support & train your teams for continuous improvements in stores, hygiene & tray wash
- Ensure targets and Budgets are met
- Manage teams' absence and attendance in line with the company policy
- Schedule your team's workload using T&A system to ensure hours allocated meet the shift patterns required
- Setting & maintaining company standards for Health & Safety, Food Safety & Hygiene across your departments
- Ensuring company policies & procedures are followed at all times
About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
- Have experience dealing with multi functions, suppliers and contractor
- Have experience of leading a large team that operates over 24hrs
- Understand cleaning in place, validations, Titrations, CIC's, pest management and OEE
- Be experienced with Microsoft 365 packages and SAP systems
- Be qualified in food safety (level 4 desirable)
- A good communicator, able to operate at all levels clearly and concisely with the proven ability to communicate complex data terminology so it is understood by the data owner and the business
