We have a fantastic opportunity to join the IT and Business Change team and help to support Greggs in implementing frictionless internal customer solutions that continually improve how we govern our unstructured data within the Microsoft 365 suite, and improve our overall security posture, ensuring we protect our data and that of our colleagues and customers to the highest possible level.

About the role
This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered. We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role. The base location for this role is Greggs Innovate House, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EW.

About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
- Are passionate about using technology to best achieve business objectives and improve services.
- Have extensive experience of the Microsoft 365 suite from a technical perspective, particularly SharePoint and Teams.
- Have significant experience in Security and Compliance tooling within Microsoft 365, particularly Purview data classification, labelling, DLP, sensitivity and retention.
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra/AAD technologies supporting Security and Compliance, such as conditional access and other security technologies.
- Have strong experience in supporting continual improvement around data risk and cyber security.
- Have a proactive can-do attitude and will enjoy contributing towards an adaptive, fun and creative environment.
- Have experience of building trust and highly effective working relationships with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
It would be advantageous if you had any of the following:
- Experience of IaC technologies, such as Ansible and Terraform, or automation/programmatic deployment around Microsoft Graph.
- Working knowledge of SIEM technologies, particularly Microsoft Sentinel, and/or XDR technologies such as Microsoft Defender.
- Experience of vulnerability management, security incident detection and response, or direct exposure to or engagement with security operations.
- Experience of migrating data into SharePoint from on premise data storage solutions.
- Experience of working in an Agile environment.
