About the role
Join us as a Warehouse Operative and you will be a key part of the Greggs Team, preparing orders for our shops to make sure they have all the products they need to keep our customers satisfied. You will work with a great, close-knit team, in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where timescales and targets are important. You will be handling boxes, picking and packing products, and pushing/pulling cages around the warehouse. You will need to make sure our vehicles are at the right temperature ready to load, and products are loaded into the correct compartment; ambient, chill or frozen. Working in a food environment means that you could be exposed to flour and dust. You will also be expected to work in a chilled/frozen environment.

About you
Ideally, you will have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative within a similar environment. You will also need:
- To be comfortable working in a physical role, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of cages, as well as other manual tasks
- To be able to work in cold/frozen areas of the warehouse (warm PPE will be provided)
- Be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good
- Experience of using SAP systems would also be beneficial but isn’t essential.
