We’re looking for an experienced People Manager to join the Manufacturing & Logistics teams at our Manchester site on a temporary basis for 12 months. You’ll lead the people operations at the site, working closely with the Site Leadership Team to drive and deliver our People strategy. About the role:
This is an on-site role and currently averages days per week predominantly across Monday to Friday. Flexibility across site shifts will be required on occasion to support the needs of the business. Consideration will also be given to requests for alternate hours. The base location for this role is: Greggs 31 Greenside Street, Openshaw, Manchester M11 2HW.

- Support the site leadership team to drive colleague engagement.
- Manage ER, performance, succession, D&I and wellbeing initiatives.
