You will lead Section Leads and Warehouse Operatives in a highly automated, fast-paced distribution environment, driving safe, efficient operation and excellent service to shops and the distribution network.
You will optimize resources, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Engineering and Automation teams to maximise equipment uptime while ensuring stock accuracy and process improvements.
