Greggs is establishing a brand-new Flow Room at our National Distribution Centre in Kettering. As Flow Room Lead you will help shape operations from day one, recruit and train the team, and partner with engineering, IT and operations to define how automation drives performance.
You will learn systems, write SOPs, deliver training materials, and ensure safe, efficient processes while reporting to the Warehouse Manager. This is a full-time startup-style role at Symmetry Park.
