About the role
Join us as a Maintenance Engineer within our supply chain and you'll work as part of a great engineering team to safely maintain and improve the performance of production facilities, equipment and services. Our food manufacturing sites use automated and semi-automated lines. Your time will be split between developing engineering improvements, planned maintenance activity and finding solutions to breakdowns quickly and effectively. You'll also work with the site teams to monitor and improve site performance and equipment reliability.

About you
You'll have worked in a similar role, ideally in a similar environment. You'll also:
- Have a multi-skilled manufacturing background, ideally within the food or FMCG sectors
- Be electrically biased, multi-skilled and at a minimum, trained to an apprentice level
- Know what you're talking about when it comes to PLC automated control system, processes, fault-finding and analysis
- Be experienced with Microsoft 365 packages, SAP systems and are familiar with CMMS (or other), Agility experience would be desirable
- Be comfortable communicating with a wide variety of people, and you have the confidence to respond positively when under pressure
- Show that you're able to comply with Health and Safety and Food Safety standards
- Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together
- Be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good
