Greggs in Station Square, Coventry, is seeking a Shift Manager to join our store leadership team. You’ll look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate the crew and ensure colleagues have what they need to deliver excellent service.
You’ll lead by example, serve customers quickly and warmly, prepare sandwiches and manage the ovens, and keep displays stocked and the shop clean. Experience in a supervisory, customer-focused role is welcome; we value reliability and inclusive culture.
