Greggs in Colne is seeking a Shift Manager to join our retail team. You’ll be part of the management group, stepping in when the Shop Manager isn’t available, guiding and motivating colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You’ll oversee daily shift operations, lead by example with fast, friendly service, prepare products, manage ovens, and ensure displays are well stocked and shop standards are high. Training and progression are encouraged.
