Join us as a Warehouse Supervisor and you'll be a key part in the team, helping to keep our warehouses running smoothly. You'll have a passion for quality and will follow all the correct processes and procedures in line with legal requirements. You'll work with a great, close-knit team, in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where timescales and targets are important. You'll be leading the warehouse team on shift and will make sure that the operation runs efficiently and to the highest of standards. Working in a food environment means that you may be exposed to flour and dust. You will also be expected to work in a chilled/frozen environment.

About you:

  • Ideally, you'll have previously worked as a supervisor in a similar environment.
  • A good knowledge and understanding of Food Hygiene (ideally, you'll hold a level 2 Food Hygiene qualification)
  • Experience in managing, developing and motivating teams
  • Be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good
  • Experience of Microsoft IT packages and SAP systems would also be beneficial but isn't essential.
