What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
  • Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
  • Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
  • Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
  • Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
  • Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for.
  • Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following day’s trade.
