About the role
We\’re looking for Team Members to join us! As a Team Member, you\’ll provide fast and friendly service to our customers, make sure the shop is clean and tidy, and prepare our much-loved products. We serve our customers across multiple channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us—whether they order in-store or online.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast and friendly service to customers
- Keep the shop clean and tidy and prepare Greggs products
- Support in-store operations across multiple channels (in-store, delivery, Click + Collect, drive-thru)
- Help ensure a positive customer experience
