Greggs PLC is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a shop and keep operations running when the Store Manager isn’t present. You’ll motivate the team, ensure staff have what they need, and deliver a brilliant customer experience across in-shop, delivery, and Click+Collect channels.
During a typical shift you’ll inspire the team, lead by example, prepare fresh products such as sandwiches, manage ovens, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop. Availability is required.
