Greggs Plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the absence of the Store Manager. You will motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and manage day-to-day shop operations across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.
Responsibilities include guiding the team, serving customers quickly, preparing food, maintaining stock levels, and keeping the shop clean and presentable. Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is desired.
