Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and be the on-shift supervisor when the Manager is away. You will motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and keep the shop running smoothly across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.
As a Shift Manager, you’ll inspire the team, serve customers quickly and warmly, prepare products, manage ovens, stock displays, and maintain a clean, presentable shop environment.
