Here at Moto we’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly people who want to get stuck in and join our awesome team, delivering Greggs‑loved sausage rolls, baked goods and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest‑stop experience. We’re looking for someone who can effortlessly switch gears – thriving in fast‑paced, high‑energy environments while staying equally focused and productive in quieter, more independent settings. This role requires a dynamic individual who brings calm to chaos and momentum to the lulls, ensuring consistent performance no matter the pace. Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
  • Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
  • Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
  • Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
  • Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
  • Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth returning for.
  • Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following day\’s trade.
