Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop.
- Drive high performance through recruitment, training and development, and colleague engagement.
- Keep a close eye on wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards.
- Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparation and serving customers.
- Ensure the shop is clean, well‑stocked and welcoming.

About you
We are looking for someone with a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, extensive experience delivering excellent customer service, and experience in a food‑on‑the‑go environment or retail.
