About the role:

This is a 21 hours a week, temporary contract for 6 months. The base location for this role is Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle, NE12 8BU.

What you'll do:

  • The primary focus of the role will be to provide an efficient people administration service for Retail and Supply, ensuring accurate and timely administrative support. This will include:
  • Processing and inputting of people related data
  • Issuing of letters and other communication
  • Using our People Support System to respond to colleagues
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries (Internal and External)
  • Providing accurate and timely data to payroll
  • Uploading documents to the people system
  • Supporting the People Support Centre with any other ad-hoc administration processes as required

  • Experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace

  • IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • You are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
