We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Business to Business Team at Greggs as Business to Business Support Manager.

You'll play an important role in supporting the growth of our B2B business, helping to deliver campaigns, manage partner relationships and drive awareness of our B2B proposition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of our B2B strategy, ensuring it aligns with the needs of our customers, partners and the wider business.

Working cross-functionally across the Customer Function and wider business, you'll build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and agencies to deliver commercial objectives and maintain excellent day-to-day performance.

You will manage the setup and delivery of B2B campaigns across key partners and channels, working closely with the Brand team to ensure all supporting creative content is engaging, on-brand and aligned to campaign objectives.

Alongside campaign delivery, you'll support in analysing performance and recommending improvements to ensure our processes remain effective and support the continued success of the Greggs B2B business.

What you'll do

  • Play a key role in the development and optimisation of the Greggs B2B business
  • Support the B2B Manager in the development, implementation and performance measurement of the Greggs B2B propositions and strategy
  • Own the setup of campaigns across all key stakeholders including external partners, third party agencies and our internal teams who help deliver these campaigns, including Forecast and Replenishment, Brand, Customer Care etc
  • Support across creative campaign activations and working closely with our Brand team to ensure all creative content is aligned to guidelines
  • Provide reporting on campaigns and sales channels to help identify areas of growth & opportunity
  • Support in gathering feedback from customers or prospects and take actions based on the insight to optimise our activity as a business
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes across the B2B function, supporting the implementation of effective solutions ensuring process documentation is clear, accurate and kept up to date
  • Represent the B2B team in relevant meetings, providing updates and ensuring actions are progressed effectively
  • Support in the optimisation of our sales strategy and collateral including our website, company information packs, and an effective targeted approach to attracting new clients
  • Research industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better
  • Where required, provide support to our B2C colleagues where efficiencies can be gleaned by taking a more integrated approach e. g. partners, fulfilment, customer service and performance assessment
