Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop in Llanelli. You’ll be part of the management team, looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, engaging and motivating the team to deliver excellent service.
You’ll manage in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels, ensuring a brilliant customer experience and a well-presented, well-stocked shop. You’ll lead by example, delivering fast, friendly service and supporting colleagues across multiple channels.
