- Location: Greggs Mumbles Newton Road
- Hours: 20 hours over 5 days
- Full availability between 5am - 6:30pm
- Shop location: Mumbles Swansea
- Driving licence preferred due to location
- Pay: £14.50 per hour, including a 70p per hour band increment
- Contract Hours: 20
About the role
Join us as a Shift Manager and you'll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn't around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or online.
While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
- Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
- Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
- Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
- Ensure displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choices available
- Keep the shop looking clean, tidy, and presentable

About you
You should be reliable and demonstrate natural leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, valuing diversity. Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred.
