Join us as an HGV Class 2 Driver and you will be the face of Greggs on the road, making sure that our tasty products are delivered to our shops on time for our loyal customers. You'll be driving one of our modern fleet of refrigerated HGVs, fitted with the latest technology and safety features, such as telematics and vehicle cameras. This is a physical role as you'll carry out multi-drop deliveries of chilled, frozen and ambient goods to our shops daily, making sure that all safety checks have been met. You'll be trained in key control as some deliveries will be made when shops are closed.
Greggs is industry leading when it comes to our fleet, technologies and importantly, training our Drivers. We place the highest of importance on ensuring our Drivers and fleet are safe and compliant. We'll provide you with the best training including annual CPC, Tachograph, DVWC, Slow Manoeuvre and The Highway Code. Greggs will also pay for the ongoing costs of your DCPC, Driver medicals and Driver Tachograph card.

Ideally, you'll have previously worked as a multi-drop HGV Class 2 Driver within the food industry. You'll also need:
- To have held a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Category C/Class 2 driving license for at least 1 year (with a maximum 6 penalty points)
- An up-to-date Driver CPC card and training
- A valid digital Tachograph card
- Excellent knowledge of Drivers' hours regulations
- To meet the shift availability requirements for this vacancy
- Be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good
