Join us as a Warehouse Team Leader and you'll be a key part of the Greggs Team, helping to make sure our warehouses are running smoothly. You’ll have a passion for quality and will follow all the correct processes and procedures. Leading and working alongside a close-knit team, as a Team Leader you'll make sure that all orders are filled on time and accurately, in line with food safety, health and safety and legal compliance. You’ll be positive and enthusiastic, engaging with your team and you will be on hand to provide direction and support, whilst making sure the team are working effectively. Working in a food environment means that you could be exposed to flour and dust. You will also be expected to work in a chilled/frozen environment.

About you
Ideally, you'll have previously worked as a Team Leader in a similar environment. You’ll also need:
- To be good at planning and organising your own work and time, as well as your teams, to make sure targets are met
- Be able to lead a team to follow specific policies and procedures
- Be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good
- Experience of SAP systems would also be beneficial but isn't essential
