At Greg Mitchell Motors a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a high performing Car Sales Executive to join our established multi-franchised business. You will benefit from operating in a franchised environment where standards are high and delivering quality and service to the customer is paramount. As a rapidly expanding business you will benefit from our investment in training and technology, as well as work with a successful and motivated team.
Responsibilities
- Following the Company sales process 100% of the time, from enquiry through to delivery and beyond
- Delivering a professional, personal and enjoyable customer service
- Providing expert and prompt advice to new and existing customers regarding finance and insurance products available
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keeping company paperwork 100% up to date and accurate
- Identifying and targeting prospective clients
- Complying fully with industry and FCA standards and processes
- Daily maintenance of the used vehicle showroom and forecourt
- Working in partnership with the Service and Parts departments to offer a 5* experience to our customers
- Selling accessories, finance and insurance products
Requirements
- A proven track record in sales, coupled with a desire and enthusiasm to exceed monthly targets. Previous experience in the motor trade desirable
- Excellent interpersonal/communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and organised
- Excellent IT skills
- High level knowledge of regulated financial products
- Experience of DMS, CRM and other automotive retail databases and technology
- Commercial awareness
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary (Dependent on Experience) plus Generous Uncapped Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6.00pm; Thursday 8.45am to 7.30pm; Saturdays on a rota basis
