As part of our continued growth, we are opening a new branch in Whitley Bay, creating an opportunity to join a new team and play a key role in building the office from day one.
We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our new Whitley Bay branch. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role with a strong focus on generating business, progressing deals, and delivering results across both sales and lettings. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and valuer, supporting the growth of the branch while developing your own pipeline and earning potential. The branch is supported by a centralised head office in Jesmond, meaning administrative and property management functions are handled centrally, allowing you to focus on deals and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Register applicants, landlords, and tenants
- Conduct viewings and provide feedback to clients
- Negotiate offers across both sales and lettings
- Progress sales through to completion
- Assist with lettings from enquiry through to move-in
- Generate new business opportunities through:
- Applicant management
- Vendor and landlord follow-up
- Local networking and referrals
- Identify potential vendors and landlords within your pipeline
- Support the branch in winning new instructions
- Deliver excellent service to buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
- Maintain regular communication and updates
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
- Keep track of all active deals and ensure progression
- Work closely with the team to ensure targets are met
- Previous experience in estate agency sales and/or lettings preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Confident, professional, and personable
- Organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Keen to develop within a growing business
- Ideally full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle but not essential
- Basic salary in the region of £22,000 – £26,000 (depending on experience)
- On Target Earnings (OTE): £28,000 – £35,000+
- Uncapped commission structure linked to personal performance
