We have a fantastic opportunity to join our UK Team within our Frozen Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Completion of Daily Administrative Tasks
- Development and maintenance of Customer specifications utilising internal and customer portals
- Tracking of internal and external KPI's and reporting of the same to internal stakeholders
- Liaising with suppliers to gain technical information where required
- Assisting with traceability exercises
- Completion of physical product sampling
- Controlling customer specifications on internal and customers digital platforms
- Ensuring Customer Portals are up to date with all required relevant information
- Completion and reporting of customer complaint investigations with the wider Technical Team and reporting internally and externally on the same
- Attend Customer visits as required
- Support the Packaging Team to deliver on time artwork for packaging changes and new product launches
- Any other duties as required for specified key customer accounts
Person Specification
- Excellent IT Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365)
- Effective communication skills across all levels
- Understanding of Quality Principles
- Experience of working within a Technical role in a food manufacturing environment
- Able to work within a team and also alone to complete objectives
- Proactive and Self-motivating
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet the specific timeframes
- Must be flexible
Travel Requirements
UK and occasionally international travel will be required to other company sites, suppliers or to industry events.
