We have a fantastic opportunity to join our UK Team within our Frozen Division.
As Customer Technical Assistatnt you will report to the Senior Customer Technical Manager, providing suppport to ensure we mee the technical requirements of our Retail and Food Service Customers.
Key Responsibilities will include;
- Completion of Daily Adminstrative Tasks
- Development and maintenance of Customer specifications utilising internal and customer portals
- Tracking of internal and external KPI's and reporting of the same to interal stakeholders
- Liasing with suppliers to gain technical information where required
- Assiting with traceability exercises
- Completion of physical product sampling
- Controlling customer specifications on internal and customers digital platforms
- Ensuring Custeomr Portals are up to date wtih all required relevant information
- Completion and reporting of customer complaint investigations with the wider Technical Team and reporting internally and externally on the same.
- Attend Customer visits as required
- Support the Packaging Team to deliver on time artwork for packaging changes and new product launches
- Any other duties as required for specified key customer accounts
Person Specification
- Excellent IT Skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Office 365)
- Effective communication sills across all levels
- Understanding of Quality Principles
- Experience of working within a Technical role in a food manufacturing environment
- Able to work within a team and also alone to complete onjectives
- Proactive and Self motivating
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet the specifice timeframes
