Working 5 days with 2 fixed days off during the week. 9am - 5.30pm. 40 hours.
Shop: Main duties in the shop include serving on the till while offering great customer service, constantly tidying the shop, pricing and merchandising the stock, looking after houseplants, communicating with customers, and providing outstanding customer service.
Plant Area: Responsibilities include constantly tidying and displaying plants, dead heading flowers, watering plants, unloading deliveries, maintaining a tidy plant area by sweeping and raking, and restocking ceramic pots, composts, gravels, and concrete ornaments. Providing advice to customers and outstanding customer service is essential. Ability to work at a fast pace to ensure the plant area always looks its best is required.
Must be hard working and able to work at a fast pace. No experience necessary, but applicants must have a strong willingness to learn. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an interest in gardening and customer service.
