Greenwoods is seeking a newly qualified Corporate Tax Adviser to join its growing tax practice in London. You will work with partners on UK corporate tax matters, M&A, and tax planning for entrepreneurial businesses and private equity groups.
We expect ACA or ACCA qualifications with 0–3 PQE and a strong drafting ability. You’ll build expertise across restructurings, due diligence, and cross‑team collaboration in a supportive environment.
