Greenwood Capital is a fast-growing commercial finance brokerage helping UK businesses secure funding to grow. We work with a wide panel of lenders across business loans, asset finance, invoice finance, and property finance.
We’re expanding our Manchester team and looking for driven, confident people who want to build a career in commercial finance and B2B sales.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll speak with business owners and directors, qualify funding enquiries, and book high-quality appointments for senior brokers. This is a great entry point into commercial finance, with clear progression and uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling inbound and outbound business funding enquiries
- Speaking with business owners to understand funding requirements
- Qualifying opportunities against set criteria
- Booking appointments for senior finance brokers
- Updating CRM notes accurately
- Following up warm and previous leads
- Hitting daily activity and appointment targets
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate or 0–2 years’ experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
- Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Ambitious and keen to progress
- No finance experience required – full training provided.
