We have blocks of teaching becoming available through the next year, as we continue to expand and grow. Eachblock consists mainly of one to one teaching, plus potentially some group teaching:3 children or 3 adults, beginners.
Remuneration: an hourly rate of £35 including holiday entitlement for individual tuition, £38 for any group tuition offered. Increases each September.

The teacher would be joining a team who are invested in the organisation and in the journey we are taking together - as one of the only independent full-service music organisations founded in the last ten years, which since its foundation in 2016 has grown to a highly respected and nationally recognised organisation. We’re looking for the right person to join us as we continue to innovate and grow over the next years.
Positions are self-employed, hours are by agreement and based during term time, with some additional holiday teaching by agreement.

• have at least a degree or equivalent in music

Greenwich Music School is a charity and centre of excellence in music education, running high-quality creative music tuition, group courses, projects and training. GMS offers the same high quality music education to students of all ages and levels, from toddlers to professional musicians. Our bursary scheme supports those otherwise unable to access the benefits of music education.
