Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Member to assist in running the day-to-day operation of the retail bakery shop. Your role will be varied, giving you the chance to use your natural leadership skills to help take this team to the next level. Motivated by achieving great results, you take pride in maintaining the high standard of service required, you work calmly under pressure and keep a positive approach to the role and wider growth of the business. Full training will be provided and the opportunity to grow and develop your skillset will be encouraged.
