Join the Pasta Revolution in the Heart of! We are looking for passionate, hardworking and Italy-loving Front of House Team Members who can help us create exceptional dining experiences at our new fresh pasta restaurant. You’ll serve our customers the freshest pasta in town and be part of a brand new team opening the doors to one of the coolest locations in town.

Opening hours: 10:00 am to 2:00 am, Monday to Sunday

What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:

  • Be a team player, bringing positivity and warmth to the kitchen and wider restaurant environment.
  • Welcome each customer with genuine warmth, positivity, and infectious energy.
  • Deliver exceptional service from greeting to goodbye—offering menu guidance, taking orders, and ensuring every guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Regularly clean and sanitise tables, chairs, and other surfaces to ensure a safe environment.
  • Keep your workspace clean, organised, and buzzing with energy.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep customers and colleagues safe.
  • Use the till system to process orders accurately, manage payments, and help coordinate dine‑in and takeaway operations.
  • Be an expert on the menu and the stories behind our pasta; recommend dishes, drinks, and share your love of Italian food.
  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism and a solution‑focused mindset.
  • Support your fellow team members across front and back of house as needed and take on additional tasks as required.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, bringing ideas and enthusiasm.

Who are you:

  • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail is a plus, but a passion for Italian cuisine matters most.
  • Enthusiastic about learning our menu and sharing that knowledge with customers.
