Job Description
We are working with a major European infrastructure private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing.
They are now looking to add a VP to their infrastructure debt t eam.
The role will work on the following:
β Origination of investments for the firm
β Carrying out an initial appraisal of investments
β Financial/ LBO modelling
β Structuring of transactions alongside Directors
β Managing advisors as principal
β Deal execution
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- VP level Infrastructure debt professionals from other funds
- VP leveraged Investment bankers with infrastructure lending experience
- Experience must including infrastructure debt origination work
