The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.
We are working with a major North American private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing. They focus on mid – big cap investments in the broad infrastructure space including transport, TMT infrastructure, energy and oil and gas. They are now looking to add a VP to their infrastructure debt team. The role will support the MDs in originating and executing big ticket infrastructure investments for the fund.
The role will work on the following:
- Leading origination of investments for the firm
- Leading appraisals of investments
- Supervising financial/LBO modelling
- Structuring of transactions alongside Directors
- Managing advisors as principal
- Negotiation of terms
- Structuring and preparing of documents
- Full involvement through to completion
