In this role, you will:

1. Work on the development of strategy for the bank
2. Work with MDs and Directors in the divisions on strategic projects
3. Generate new strategic ideas and plans
4. Identify key issues and opportunities
5. Carry out analysis of competitors, sectors, and markets
6. Assist in supervising small teams

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

1. Strategy experience in either consultancy or corporate
2. Experience supervising a small team
3. 5-6 years of experience, due to the seniority level of the position
