A leading hedge fund is now looking to recruit an Equity Analyst into their team. The role will join a very successful team of fund managers and analysts who have a superb track record in investing. The role will work on the following:
- Active Identification of investment opportunities for the fund
- Identification of events which can trigger a gain or loss in value of a stock
- Recommending buy and sell side trades to the Portfolio Managers
- Carrying out detailed financial modelling and analysis of investment opportunities
- Monitoring existing positions
- Active member of the investment team

- Buy side equity analysts
- Sell side analysts with a leading investment bank or one of the top research firms
- Investment Banking Analysts ACAs with the leading accounting firms
- 2.1 or 1st class degree
- Real interest in financial markets
