We are now working with a really successful investment bank - the firm has a great track record in tech M&A and has advised some very high profile clients in the sector. They are looking to recruit a Vice President into their Technology M&A team.
The role will focus on:
- Assisting leading the execution of transactions including technology acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs for expanding software and other tech businesses
- Working closely with clients, advising them on deal strategy and structuring
- Taking responsibility for due diligence and other reports for clients
- Supervising junior team members
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
- Vice president level
- Background in M&A, corporate development, private equity
