We are now working with a global financial services group. They have one of the best names in global investing, and are now looking to add a Strategy Manager to their London team. This is quite a senior role in the team, and you will probably already work at the Engagement Manager (McKinsey / OW) or Manager at Bain.
In this role you will work on:
- Corporate strategy to support the firm's mid to long term strategic vision
- Communicating the strategy to the Board and key stakeholders
- Business Strategy, Strategic Initiatives & Project Delivery
- Lead strategy projects within partnership with senior sponsors
- Merger & Acquisitions work - leading the development and assessment of inorganic opportunities, including evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration when required
They are interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows:
- Background in strategy development from a leading strategy consultancy firm or the in house strategy team of another group
- You will probably have 6/7 years experience +
- Financial services experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
